Most small businesses don’t have a branding problem so much as a consistency problem. The logo was made years ago, the colors drift from the truck to the website to the Facebook page, and every new flyer starts from scratch. A strong identity fixes that, and keeping it strong is exactly what a design subscription is good at.

How a logo project works on subscription
- Tell us about the business. Add the request with a few notes: what you do, who you serve, logos you like and don’t, and where the logo will be used.
- Review first concepts. Initial directions usually arrive within a few business days. A full identity system takes longer, and you get a rough timeline when you queue it.
- Refine. Pick a direction and ask for changes. Revisions to work in progress are included and don’t count as a new request.
- Get final files. Your logo comes in versions for web, print and social, in the formats your printer and web person will ask for.
- Keep building. Business cards, signage, templates and social graphics follow in the same queue, so everything matches from day one.
One designer. One flat fee. Cancel anytime.
Plans start at $495 a month, with as many requests in your queue as you like and revisions included. See the plans or email a question first.
Refresh or rebrand?
Not every brand needs to start over. If people already recognize your mark, a refresh can modernize the details, fix how it reproduces small and on dark backgrounds, and give you a proper set of files without losing the recognition you’ve built. If the business has changed, a full rebrand may be the better call. Either way, it starts as a request in your queue.
You own the result
Once the month a piece was delivered in is paid, the final files and the rights in them are yours, to use however you like, for as long as you like. Concepts you didn’t choose stay with Needlerow, and licensed fonts or stock imagery follow their own licenses. We’ll flag anything that needs one.
Brands built from a blank page
Needlerow’s founder designed the brands behind Motentra and Fitopya, two software products taken from blank page to launch, and the concept work on the home page shows how Needlerow approaches identity across web, print and campaigns.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a logo take?
First concepts usually arrive within a few business days of the request reaching the front of your queue, and refinements move quickly after that. A full identity system takes longer, and you get a rough timeline when you queue it.
Can you redesign my existing logo instead of starting over?
Yes. Refreshes are one of the most common requests: cleaner lines, better legibility at small sizes, and proper file versions, without losing what customers already recognize.
Will you trademark my logo?
We design it. Trademark registration is a legal process, so talk to an attorney about filing. We’re happy to provide the files they need.
What files will I get?
Final logo versions for print, web and social, including vector files your printer can scale to any size and transparent files for websites and documents.
