What Can You Get from a Monthly Design Subscription?

A monthly design subscription gives you a place to send ongoing design work. It works best when requests have a clear purpose, the right source material and a sensible order. Here is what a Needlerow subscription can cover and how to turn a task list into a useful queue.

Brand and logo work

Request a new logo direction, a refresh, a color palette, typography guidance or supporting pieces such as business cards and email signatures. Share the business name, audience, intended uses and any existing assets. Logo and brand identity design includes vector and transparent file versions appropriate to the work. Grow adds brand strategy sessions; Bloom supports full identity systems.

Social posts and ad graphics

Queue feed posts, stories, carousels, ad variations, thumbnails and campaign graphics. Include the platform, required sizes, final offer and copy. A strong request might be “Create three sizes of this approved promotion for Instagram and Facebook,” with the text and product images attached. See social media and ad design.

Print and signage files

Flyers, menus, postcards, banners and yard signs can share the same visual language as your online material. Send your printer’s or installer’s dimensions, bleed requirements and template before the design starts. Print and signage design provides artwork; printing, production and installation are separate costs.

Website and landing page layouts

On Grow and Bloom, request a homepage refresh, campaign landing page, service page, booking layout or reusable section. Include your platform, approved content and the action visitors should take. Web design is delivered as build-ready files. Development and site builds are quoted separately.

Choose the plan for scope and capacity

  • Seed: $495/month. One active request for brand, social, ad and print work.
  • Grow: $995/month. Two active requests, plus web design and brand strategy sessions.
  • Bloom: custom. Three active requests with motion, video and full identity systems.

Most single requests take two to three business days on Seed and one to two on Grow. Larger projects get a timeline when they enter the queue. You can queue multiple requests, but there is no fixed or unlimited number of completed designs promised per month.

Build a queue that fits together

For a launch, start with the brand basics, then the landing page, then the supporting social and print graphics. For an established business, start with the piece you need soonest and group related variations together. Tell your designer about external deadlines before the work starts.

  • State what the design needs to help someone do.
  • Attach the final text, logo files and images you have permission to use.
  • Include dimensions, platform requirements and production specifications.
  • Identify one person to consolidate feedback.
  • Confirm the handoff format and any deadline before a large request begins.

What sits outside the subscription

Website development, printing costs, ad spend, photo and video shoots, and long-form copywriting are separate. Revisions are included, and final work delivered in a paid month is yours under the terms. Third-party materials may have their own license conditions.
